This SharePoint solution for project managers track risks associated with designs changes. It manages lists of projects and related budgets, tasks, issues, milestones and change requests.  IE users enter project information, including estimated start / end days, project health, project owner, percent complete and budget info in both currency and days.  Each project team member can enter project tasks, issues and milestones and associate those to a specific project, indicating the start and end dates, which is shown on a Gantt Chart or list format.  Dashboards show overall status of all projects. We can add workflows to customize it for your business requirements.
